  hi there….

  uhhmm… have a bit of a nerdy question…

  since i use primarely shortcuts using FCP i’m interested in one more…
  That is when you are in the browser and you want to change the name of a clip or a sequence
  How can you open the text field…

  It is so annoying you can do almost everything but with this you have to get your mouse/pen…

  and if there isn’t a shortcut is it possible to make one (via apple script or anything)

  Use the Arrow keys to navigate to the item, hit Return or Enter. Text field is highlighted, waiting for your input. No mouse involved. Just like in Finder.
