Is anyone familiar with both Apple Compressor and Sorenson Squeeze tell me the difference between the two?

Can Apple Compressor do basicly the same thing as Sorenson Squeeze? If not, what are its limitations compared to Sorenson Squeeze.

    Thank you.

Why not jump over to the cow compression forum and ask there. Lots of your answers are in the archives if you set your view back 3 months.

You might also want to have a look at Telestream’s Episode Pro series:

Well, Compressor doesn’t make flash files. Squeeze does.

One Squeeze minus is that chapter markers are not maintained after encoding Mpeg 2 files.

I might add one more word that makes a difference for me: FREE!

Compressor comes packaged with my editing program. I like that!
