July 19, 2007 at 3:34 pmThe free Digital Heaven Drivespace widget Michael pointed out is a wonderful addition to any editor’s MAC. Withn it you can figure out how much drive space is required for nearly every video format on the planet. Need to calculate how much space 37 rolls of DVCProHD at 24fps 720p will take up, plug that info in and it will tell you instantly.
Meanwhile, DV is always approximately 13gb per hour or approximately 16.70mg per minute.
