  PAL to NTSC conversion

  I have a Pal DVD that I want to convert to NTSC. Assuming I can get the files into FCP, is there a good way to convert it to NTSC? I have AE7 too if that helps. I don’t expect good quality from it but I just need a few clips for a meeting. I know I’ve read posts about doing this kind of thing but I don’t remember the details. Thanks.
