  Live show options?

  A friend asked me about this, I have no idea what would be best. This would be a music show broadcast live over the Internet from a home or club, with two cameras, sound, etc. Nothing fancy, the simpler (and cheaper!) the better, Mac based, could use a laptop, but would like to broadcast live and record to disc at the same time, so no editing would be involved.

  What should I look at?
