  Targeted Glow Effects

  I would like to create a targeted glow effect to a specific part of my screen in an FCP project. I’m cutting an electrician story and would like the talent on screen to glow seprate from the other elements in the frame.

  You need to rotoscope whatever it is that you want to add the glow to. You might be able to do this in Motion, but if you need more advanced tools, I’d recommend Shake.
