  OT: Using Panasonic 17″ in Field Production

  I know this is way off topic…. But there’s not a COW forum for field production techniques.

  We’re looking at many different ways to monitor controlled field production for outdoor shoots. One way is using the Panasonic 17″ LCD montor. Now, I do know that it consumes some serious power.

  So my question is… What batteries (DC Power) is everyone using for this monitor? We have some Anton Bauer ProPac batteries that we can get a mount for these to work on this monitor, but I’d like to know if anyone has any experience using these and how long will they last.
