  has anyone used a IOGEAR 3 Port Firewire 800 PCI Card GIC3800

  in their G4 tower to upgrade it to fw800?

  i have dual 1ghz i was told i can use g-raid products to achieve SD uncompressed with a g-raid.

  cards is where i am shy of info….i have seen laCie and sonnet and belkin, but this one i have a deal, but wanted to check first.

  it is old school PCI so most i find are used cards…this one is new so i wanted to check before i bought.
