  Looking for 5.1.2 updater Anyone have it?

  Is anyone super anal and saved their 5.1.2 FCP updater?

  I am on a current project using FCP 5.1.2 OS 10.4.8 and need to mirror the project on a MacBook Pro for backup/redundency purposes (It’s a live event and we can’t afford to have a computer go down).

  I want this backup computer to be a duplicate.
  The software I install is FCP 5.1. Where do I find the FCP 5.1.2 update?

  I don’t want to upgrade my main computer mid-project.

  I spoke to Apple and they no longer have the 5.1.2 updater available.

  I have found that FCP 5.1.4 and FCP 5.1.2 projects are backward compatible. That is, projects started on FCP 5.1.4 open up fine on a FCP 5.1.2 machine.

  Search in this forum. Like one and half ago I downloded from a link in a thread. Belong to a nice guy that still got it in his server.
