  • Possible to Export Favorite Effects?

Does anyone know how it might be possible to export effects/filters or a folder of effects/folders that I have created? I’d love to be able to send them directly to my other computer as well as a friends. I realize that I could simply save them in an Final Cut project and do it that way, but I was wondering if its possible to do a staight export of a created effect or filter?

I’m able to control click and hit export and then the export que comes up.. but then I’m not really able to do anything..?

    Thanks all!

What’s wrong with making a project file that is only the effects and sending that?

You can also try to export the project as an XML and import that on the other machine. I am not sure it will work with effects, but worth a shot.

    Hello there…
You know what? I did not think of doing that (copy paste mu favourites in a new project, save it and send it), yet I use FCP for 10 years!! And it works fine too!
    Thanks (I feel a bit dum here… ^^ )
