May 4, 2007 at 3:10 pmJust so I don’t pull an idiotic move. I have the Flip4Mac Pro. If I do this update, I won’t lose my Pro status on my application will I?

May 6, 2007 at 2:15 pmNo, it will not distroy your Pro registration. I have Studio and did the upgrade. It only replaces the F4M Player. Although now Firefox has problems playing back WMV files that were fine before.

Updated Flip4Mac replaces the Player as well as import and export components. For those with export (Studio series) you’d note that you now can export to VC-1 (Windows Media 9 Advanced) and the 2 pass vbr green video issue is much improved. -

May 7, 2007 at 2:53 pmIt’s gone in many cases. There’s still a way to trigger a color anomaly. It involves having a long natural or forced key frame distance. Making a short key frame distance such as every one second and it goes away completely.
