When I output my HVX-200 shot project onto DVD, it usually mostly looks good, but seems to have weird field issues, sometimes even like a ghost frame.

What is the best way to output onto DVD an HD project?

What I am doing now is expoerting an MPEG-2 from Compressor and bringing that into DVD Studio Pro.

Can someone tell me what would be the work/exporting flow that would allow the footage to look and sound as good as possible? Even if you know of a reference I can find, that would be great.

    Many thanks,

If your footage is 24p footage, make sure you have the field dominance in compressor set to progressive and that the frame rate is still set to 24. This should give you a 24p DVD that will look great.
(I believe the default settings in compressor are 29.97 with a lower field dominance. This will make 24p footage look pretty bad).

Would there a way to get the same results through capturing or processing the footage differently in the sequence? I ask because I can imagine having a mixed footage situation and wanting to just treat the 24p portion.
