  Alignment

  Hello for All

  it’s very simple question.
  i need to make align and object to composition.
  i tried to make a new solid and align it to my object but it didn’t work.
  any ideas for this ?

  I usually use guides for aligning things. Make sure that in view rulers are set to on, then as you would do in Photoshop drag a guide out. Elements will snap to this guide.

  thanks for your reply.
  but i need to know how to lock a lyaer and align another to it.
  i mean if i have an object and solid layer or anything else and i neen to lock one and align other to it.
