I’ve got a 90 minute program going to DVD. TONS of clips. Many are already broadcast safe. But there’s still a bunch of clips to use the Broadcast Safe filter on. What are people’s preferred way to do this?

    1. Find the individual clips that need it and apply it.

    2. Nest the main composition into a “broadcast composition” and apply the broadcast filter to the who nested comp.

You should apply it AFTER all color correction and on the clips that are not safe.

You might want to nest the sequence and place it on the nest, but understand that dropping it on, without color correction can yield iffy results.
