Okay so I want to “lighten” up a small area in After Effects 6.5. It is supposed to fake that a shot was fired, behind a person that stands infront of the camera. I’m guessing of using a mask and then drag lines where it is supposed to “cut”. Any help? I am kind of a beginner with After effects so please post a tutorial on how to use mask or layers
