Hello, I currently use Flip4Mac to successfully export using quicktime conversion to a WMV. I say successful unitl now …. it works with stand def, but running into problems with my HD(V) timeline sequnce. — The audio and video are way out of sync.

PLEASE HELP, I realize I could export out another format and back into Sorrenson Squeeze etc. but right now I’m want to try with the current streamline process that goes from Final cut out seamlessly in one step (one waiting process).

PS: I have the latest Finctu Studio Pro and flip4mac HD full paid version

    Tony,

First, have you rendered your HDV timeline, including, and most important, audio mixdown? If not, that might help. If you have, then try exporting a QT reference file (much faster than creating a self contained QT) and exporting a WMV using QT conversion.

    Also check version numbers.
    QTPro 7.1.5
    Flip4Mac 2.1.0.33

David’s suggestions are right on. If that doesn’t fix the issue the post example settings from Flip4Mac. It’s quite possible that B-Frame setting and keyframe setting might have impact. The distance between “natural” keyframes (edit points basically sets this) can have an impact too.
