  Strange effect

  This is what happens. After working for a while in AE, my computer starts to think that I’m keeping the right bracket on the keyboard in all the time. Solids put their end along the CTL, just as the shot cut does. When I start naming something, right hand brackets appear and so on. This then also happens in other applications. When I restart, everything seems fine and then this strange affect starts all over. It is not a hard ware problem; it happens somewhere else. I already trashed the prefs. Didn’t help

  Why isn’t this a hardware problem? If it’s happening in other apps then I would think it would have to be. Have you tried a different keyboard?
