Subtitling/CC Recommendations
I am doing editing and authoring work for some folks who are needing Spanish subs or CC.
Any experiences or recommendations on the various outsource services available?
I have checked software options and they are way outta budget.
I’ll be using FCP 4 and Studio Pro 2 …Your ideas are much appreciated!

Belle Nuit is efficient and you can learn it in a few hours. At $150 well worth the price for serious subtitling work.

Check out maccaption, they’re the way to go w/ easy working into FCP and can output subtitles to DVD SP

We use CaptionMax as well. Great to work with and excellent customer service.

Besides belle nuit there is also Subbits, with XML support for FCP

But no matter if you like Subbits or Belle-Nuit subtitler (trying to be as objective as possible here..)
there is a huge difference between subtitles and CC.
If you can get away with subtitles, go for it, as it is way cheaper and better looking than CCBouke
