  Why do I have a black line at the top of my footage?

  try checking the frame, maybe you’ve moved it down? or resized it?

  I did, if i scale it up to 101 it goes away.
  This is the same on my p2 captured footage as well as my mini dv footage

  Do you see it on your NTSC monitor? If not, I wouldn’t worry about it. If it’s for web use, just crop it a little.
