I had a bunch of old 60’s cine films and videos transferred recently by https://www.cine-to-dvd-transfer.co.uk in Bristol. I have them all on DVD. I would like to edit these now does anybody have any suggestions for ripping software which will rip to the best quality? alternatively I can go back to the company who can produce the files for me. Ideally looking for freeware

The first question: what kind of computer do you use? That will provide some guidance for the ripping software.

Second: what kind of videos do you want to make? That will provide some guidance for the kinds of files you will want to create, whether by ripping or going back to Cine to DVD.
