  DVCPro “Codec not found”

  I am running FCP 5.0 and when I try to open an HD project I get a “Codec not found” error. I am new to FCP so I don’t know much. Is it possible I need a piece of hardware or need to download some software. Any advice? Thanks so much…

  Hi,
  DVCPro is a SD codec and if you are in NTSCland, DVCPro NTSC is the same than NTSC DV.
