  FCP help – exporting video for an email

  Hi ,
  I am trying to export a video I made in FCP , so that it is under 10MB and emailable.
  I dont know which compression to use or any of the settings at all that gets the the file so small.
  Please help me with the setting for exporing it.

  How long is your video, it may be better to post it on your website and then email a link, because 10mb is a big email and may fill, fill up many peoples inbox, and if there in box is already near full they wont get it.

  Alternatively, use the file transfer facility included with iChat or Skype. The latter has the advantage of being multi-platform.
