  Is there a download to upgrade from FCP 5.1.1 to FCP 5.1.2? (This is for G5, latest OSX)

  Just run software update in your computer’s system prefs.

  and if your system is not on the internet, you can download it from the Support section of the Apple website. You’ll need your serial number in order to access it.
