  PAL to NTSC audio sync

  I am currently converting a bunch of footage from PAL to NTSC using Nattress Standards Conversions (G Converter v2.5.2). I am having problems with getting the audio to sync up in the newly converted PAL to NTSC video. I understand I have to click convert PAL->NTSC external sync within the G converter options. Some clips sync up perfect, and some don’t …it’s kind of like hit or miss. Can anyone help? I am gonna read up on this as well, but I figured a post couldn’t hurt. Thanks.
