  dvd ripper… which format is best to convert my dvd’s to for editing in final cut pro

  I have quite a few dvd’s i want to edit with in final cut pro. I am going to use a ripper to convert them to final cut pro readable files but was wondering which specific file is best to edit with in final cut pro from dvd?

  DV is just fine.
