  smoothing motion paths

  hello,

  I have hit a wall trying to accomlish something very simple.

  I have a still image. I want it to start in close and thenzoom out over a second or two. I have no problem smoothing this action, if i am only changig the scal parameters. However, when i adjust the position (the biginning is x, y, the end is x+?, y+?) the picture moves iquickly at the end of the zoom out. When i try to adjust the acceleration, the picture moves in odd directions.

  How can i avoid this? compenmsate for the accelaration change?

  Getting the position and scale curves to line up in the motion tab is tough. Alot guys use AfterEffects for this. I use Motion. You have all the curves in one curve editor and its easy to line every thing up.
