• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Can’t capture, We have black magic and have just upgraded to OSX 10.4 and Final Cut 5.1 any ideas keep getting the same message Preview disabled. Can’t read fire wire NTSC

  Trash Prefs to get that back. Regardless, you should see image on the video monitor. No?

  Did you do an upgrade or a clean install? A clean install is highly recommended, but if you did do an upgrade check out this document which might help you:

  What are yoou capturinig from (format device etc) and what are your settings at in FCP use the easy set up and choose the proper format that you are trying to capture.

  also check your cables.
