  anamorphic movies

  hi guys! im not sure if this does belong here but i’ll give it a shot anyway!

  i got 24p anamorphic footage. on the one side i need to put the footage on a dvd. no problem so far. but i also need to implement the movies into a flash movie (touchscreen application). so i wanted to compress the footage into mp4 or h264. when i tell compressor that the footage is 16:9 it looks really bad. any recommandations?

  Why not deliver the flash movie directly? Best choice would probably be Sorenson’s software for this. Their pro codec for flash movies is really great.
