I had to reinstall Final Cut Pro on my MacBook. Now, when I click on FCP in the dock, it bounces once and doesn’t open.

    Any ideas?

I’ve tried deleting preferences and everything.

Did you try tossing it from the dock and replacing it with a new one? Just pick it up and drag it out of the dock and let go. Then go to your Applications folder and locate FCP. Pick it up and drag it down to the dock and let it go.

Just be careful that you don’t lose your hold on it and accidentally move it to the desktop. Then you’ll have to put it back.

The program won’t even open from the Applications folder. It won’t open in any of the users accounts.
