You might be able to solve this by whitelisting our mail server IP address (65.49.44.240) with your ISP or adding bessie@creativecow.net to your contacts.
You are able to reactivate your account by sending yourself a reactivation link from our reactivation page:
https://secure.creativecow.net/account/resendActivation
If the email from us gets through you will be able to reactivate your account.
If you can’t get the email to go through, you might consider changing your account email address to Gmail account, Yahoo!, or another service which will have better results.
