I am trying to render out some footage to burn on a DVD and my mpeg 2 codec is not showing up anywhere. I am running XPpro on a mac pro, maybe it has something to do with it being on a mac?

    any help ?

Wich version of AE are you using? If I remember well, AE 6.0 didn’t have the MPEG-2 codec. I’m guessing it appeared in the 6.5 version.

Other than that, I can’t help you.

    Good luck.

It’s PC only. On a Mac you have to use other tools.
