Subtitle HELP!!

Hope you can help. I have a 2 hour video that I need to Subtitle. I’ve been given Timecode ##s and all the text and where it goes. Their are almost 1600 titles to do. a. burned in subtitles for video
b. user-selectable sbutitles for DVD
c. user-selectable captions for video
d. user-selectable captions for DVDThey are all slightly different and doing one when you shoud have been doing another will mean a tremendous waste of time.
Also, are you supplying video files are just the subtitles? It’s a very complex craft these days. These might help.
