  exporting timeline to COMPRESSOR

  i have made an edit and i need to make a .MPG file…..now i need to compress the size….i have never used compressor….so can u plz help me out on how to use it and what settings do i need to do ??
  my timeline is around 11mins…it is a 25fps project edited on 1:1 DVrushes, so there is no quality loss !!
