  • Cannot copy a large .mov file but it still plays…?

I have a 9.54gig .mov file that was created by Cinematize from a DVD. It plays just fine on the external firwire drive that it was created on but will not copy to any other drives. An error message comes up at about halfway into the attempt stating: ” The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in “____.mov” could not be read or written. (Error code 36).” It won’t even make a duplicate of itself. I have Tech Tooled the files as well as run Disk Warrior, to no avail. Both come back saying that everything is working perfectly. I am stumped. I made a smaller version of the DVD using a the sorenson codec and that copies fine. Any ideas? Thanks.
