That is for exporting an OMF from FCP to ProTools.

From ProTools export AIFF files of each track, or stereo AIFFs of tracks and import those into FCP.

You can also “round trip” the OMFs, bringing them back into FCP with Automatic Duck Pro Importer. I have both Exporter and Importer here — it can be pretty handy to import the OMFs back from ProTools if you think you might make changes at some point.

Thanks for the info. I din’t know the Duck did that. I only have the Pro Exporter.
