  Animated Strokes

  How would you go about creating the animated swirl effect….seen in the flash into below. Essentially….you’d have a bunch of tendrils and such…but how would you animate them in a way to make it look like they’re growing?
  Check out the link….and you should be able to get an idea what I mean.
