  16:9 into 4:3

  I have two sources of 16:9 media, one created with the anamorphic setting from the DVX100A and one created from the Sony Z1U shot in DV. I need to put these two sources of media into a 4:3 frame, cropping is okay. I am getting a letterboxed 16:9 on the 4:3 canvas. What’s the easiest way to get this media to go to 4:3 cropped?

  Set the scale of the clip to 133.33% in the Motion tab and it will be full height with the sides cropped off.
