I need to rip a bunch of MPEG-1 quicktimes that are muxed. I can throw the file into FCP and it will play the video fine, but there’s no audio. I also can’t export the audio from Quicktime Player. I can find plenty of programs that can convert things to MPEG-1, but they don’t advertise that it goes the other way. Any suggested programs for doing this on a Mac? or, worse case, on a PC?

    Thanks,

Oh! Nevermind! MPEG Streamclip (squared5) is doing the job beautifully.

Hooray for Streamclip! One of the more useful pieces of MPEG out there
