  Exporting transparent backgrounds

  Hey, I’m not really new to After Effects, but I am still learning.. I need to make an easy animation that people can use to put on their videos. The background of mij comp needs to be transparent and I can’t accomplish this by putting my comp over the videos in After Effects, since the people that will use my animation in Premiere and do not know how to use After Effects. I’m sure theres an easy way to accomplish this, I tried using color key in Premiere but this isn’t sufficient. I couldn’t find it anywhere in the hel files nor on this forum. Any suggestions?

  If I’m following you correctly you just need to render the animation as Lossless + Alpha in the render queue.

  Export The anumation as Quick time movie, use the compression PNG, select RGB + Alpha
