    You need to use a clone tool of some sort. Use After Effects or the CHV Clone Plug.

    There are several plug-ins form various companies that compensate for “hot pixels” or “dead pixels” in the video camera… which appear as fixed bright dots in the image.

    These plug-ins can be adjusted for size and position and cover the offending spot with the “clean” video from the surrounding area of the image.
