    Pretty sure I’m right, but just want to run it by the Cow folks for backup. Working on a project that is DVCPROHD 23.98 shot on a varicam. Brought the clips in removing dupe frames. Then I used the Offset Audio Sync tool to offset my picture and audio by 2 frames to bring it back into sync. It looks right to me, but i just wanted to double check…you are supposed to do a 2 frame offset when working with this format right? It seemed out of sync before I did it.
