    Hello All,

Was hoping one of you FCP Gurus might be able to render some assistance.

I am running FCP3 and am attempting to crunch a 28 minute clip to a QT Medium Stream. I’ve done it to two previous clips today (the first took 30 min and the 2nd took 2 hours), so I know everything is setup just fine. Now, in an attempt to convert this clip, it slowwwwws down and claims it will take 3-4 hours to compile right before it all locks up.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Thank Ahead of Time,

    Is your disk almost full?

What pixel dimensions are you using?

    Are you compressing the audio?

    1. No, I tossed about 25 gigs from my hd so I don’t think that was the problem.
    2. I don’t know.
    3. I don’t know. 😐 (sorry for the sheepish look)

I clicked on File/Export, and chose Quick Time. I then changed the Default to “Streaming – Medium”.

Question, what is the difference between “Streaming – Medium” and “Broadband – Medium”? I chaged it to Broadband-Medium and it crunched it OK (taking about 3 hours).

    Thanks Again for any help!
