  I-Link DSR-450WSP doesn’t work

  Hello,

  I’ve got a Sony DSR-450WSP connected true firewire on my FCP system. The settings are FireWire Pal & DV PAL 48Khz Anamorphic. Status VTR is OK but I don’ t have remote controle of the camera so I can’t log and capture clips (I can see the cam’s timecode); I can only capture when device control is non controled device but than I don`t have timecode.

  I do not believe you can use the camera to capture. You will need to get a DVCAM deck.
