Oh yeah, that is one of my favorite memories of Syracuse, Aunt Josie’s. Definitely the best Italian food in upstate New York. Thanks for reminding me!
I only made it to the State Fair one year as I was a transfer into SU so I was only there 2 1/2 years. I still remember walking around with some friends, come around a corner, and there’s Ray Charles performing on the stage right in front of us. Absolute WOW moment. Ray Charles, live. Still gives me goosebumps thinking about it.
Actually I need to update the bio, it’s a bit dated. Maybe this weekend I can give the Cow Dog some more Kibbles and Beer to get him to update it. 🙂

Or how about Sal’s Birdland….over on South Salina…loved those wings with some of Sal’s Sassy Sauce. A few years ago I had them mail me a recipe pack so I could make them at home LOL.
