Just watched the “Behind the Scenes” episode of Good Eats.
Alton Brown is hysterical, and you must have a lot of fun working with him.
Great show, really showed the growth of the series.
I loved it when his mom busted him for firing her and hiring people after he could afford it.
    Very nice work.

Thank you and glad you enjoyed the show. The bit with his mom was priceless and I wish I was around the studio when she was there. I actually have about 45 minutes of me and AB that they taped for that episode and as usual, some of the funnier bits ended up “on the cutting room floor.” And yes, AB is a neat guy to work with. I was a huge fan of the show before we ever got involved and it’s nice when you find out the guy on camera is pretty much the same guy you meet.

But honestly I’m just a very small part of one of the best production teams I’ve ever been a part of. Those guys are amazing to watch when they set up scenes and the props department is just killer. They’ve got some great stuff up their sleeves in the episodes we’re doing now.

AB kills me sometimes, “Yeah, we got him from the work release program”.
    Priceless.

The new Dining on Asphalt is also a lot of fun to watch.
Keep up the great work Walter.

[Matt Murray] “The new Dining on Asphalt is also a lot of fun to watch.”

It’s actually Feasting on Asphalt, but Dining lends a bit of sophistication to the show. 🙂 I didn’t have any part of that series as it was just produced in SD, but it is a very entertaining show.

For some reason that channel looks like garbage on my TV. I don’t know why because the channels before and after look pretty good. Anyway, good job Walter.
