  multiclip sequence batch capture issues

  I recently did a 3 camera 45 min. concert shoot and edited it offline using the multiclip sequence function. I am having problems recapturing this footage without having three 45 minuted clips taking up space. I tried using media manager and somehow it deleted all three clips.
  I got two of the three back, but there is still one camera that FCP won’t let me batch capture. Is there a way to just select those clips in the timeline and re-digitize or do I need to make sub-clips of every shot and do it that way.

  I’ve been using Media100 for about 5 years now and have never lost even one clip and now my first big project on FCP using Media Manager I have managed to lose all my media.
