  converting avid files to FCP files

  How can I convert Avid Media Files (OMF’s) to FCP useable files (Quicktimes) without having the Avid Program available? Is there a way. A third party download other than Media Composer or one of its spin-offs?

  G5 Dual 2.0 GHz processor, OSX.3.9
