I have that was recorded on set at 48 khz audio was recorded at
    24fps, 30 i believe and 29.97

Should I digitize itt all in at 48, then changee the frame rates, if so what is the conversion for 24 to 29.97, and 30 to 29.97.

Need I tthen adjust the sample rates too?

You have audio recorded at those frame rates? On what? Tape? If it’s separate digital files, no need to change as the audio is not recorded on frame by frame basis. One second is one second. The sample rate is more important.
