  Clip linking

  For some reason, video and audio clips are no longer being linked together. I checked the settings (Modify > Link) and it is turned on. Is there a setting somewhere else that is causing audio to not move with the video clip in a Final Cut Pro 5.0.3 timeline?

  Shift + S = Linked Selection. It’s a toggle.

  Shift-L toggles linked selection on/off.
