  Matching Sequence Settings with Clip Settings

  I’m wondering if there’s a quick way to create a new sequence that has the exact same settings/properties as a video clip in the browser?

  A lot of times I’ll bring in some footage to quickly manipulate, and I have to go look and make sure every bit of information and setting is matched in order to have a clean timeline, with no rendering and no changes.

  Any thoughts?

  Not really — other than careful logging of what was shot and how.
